Understanding verification
A result shows the reference and current recorded status at the time checked. Read the status carefully: a pending record is not a completed transaction. Verification does not authorise a payment or establish the identity of a person contacting you.
If your code is missing or no match is found, obtain a fresh document through your verified relationship channel. Keep the complete link private because it contains an access code. For sign-in difficulties, use client access help.
